Smoothies are always great for a quick snack on the go or even a meal replacement. Sipping on a bevvy made up of some gorgeous and nutritious fruits and veggies is one of the best ways to slim down and reduce bloating.

There are so many amazing combos of fruits, vegetables and other liquids like green tea or almond milk that go into making the perfect smoothie. It’s often the most unexpected, random ingredients that end up tasting the best together. You might never have though of putting kale, ginger and raspberries in the same blender, but the end product is delicious – and so nutritious!
