I started reading Doreen Virtue’s books a few years ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since. The first one I read was Healing with the Fairies, and I just loved how she blended healing and therapy with magical aspects like fairies and plant spirits.
She has written countless other books on self-help, angels, fairies, mermaids, chakras and much more. Plus, she makes some really stunning decks of oracle cards.
I love Doreen’s work because I always feel so relaxed and at peace after reading her books or using her oracle cards. It’s almost like an escape into another world where anything is possible.
Doreen has a master’s degree and a PhD in psychology and was a counsellor for many years before she started writing books and speaking, so she knows a lot about the human psyche and healing methods. But the thing I love most about her work is that it’s not just about healing and relaxing – it goes beyond that to include magical, esoteric aspects, which most self-help books don’t do.
Doreen is clairvoyant, which means she can see things not of this realm. She can see fairies, angels, mermaids and people who have crossed over. I always find it so interesting to read about her unique perspective. She sees things differently than most people, and her work really reflects her outlook and her special gifts.
Doreen’s work is about much more than healing in this realm. You don’t have to be religious or even spiritual to benefit from her books, they can be really helpful and informative for anyone. Even if you feel like you don’t need help in any specific area of your life, I find that sitting down with a cup of tea and one of her books is a lovely way to spend an afternoon, regardless of what’s going on in your life.
It’s so refreshing to read a self-help book that goes deeper than what meets the eye and touches on the more magical aspects of the world around us. I always feel so enlightened and refreshed after reading her work. Doreen is so inspiring and has a lot to teach us about living a healthy, balanced, spirited lifestyle.
