Five gorgeous goddess gowns I’m currently lusting after

20150710062551When it comes to clothes, there’s nothing more beautiful than a long, drapey, sweeping goddess gown. A garment that flows and blows in the wind creates such an enchanting look for a breezy, summer day and there are so many gorgeous ways to accessorize them.

All you need is a choker with a magical pendant, an embellished silver cuff, or a grouping of chunky rings to complete the look. You could even add a wide-brimmed hat or a slouchy sweater on a chilly fall day. Plus, they always look best with gladiator sandals or another simple shoe, so the ensemble makes for a super chill daytime look.

I always feel most comfortable in a flowy dress. It makes for the perfect combination of femininity and laid-back bohemian style.

As always, I’m loving Free People’s relaxed summer dresses. They’re so dreamy and perfect for layering, making it so easy to take them into fall and even winter. I’m obsessing over the busy floral patterns, neutral hues and oversized, drapey fabric they do so well.

Check out my top five favourite goddess gowns I’m currently lusting after:

I have a feeling I would have no problem living in this breezy kaftan all summer long! It looks insanely comfortable and the vertical, floral pattern and tassels definitely make it a hippie-approved piece. Get it at Free People.

The lace detailing on this romantic gown is so feminine and pretty. I also love how versatile its look is — wear it to the beach, a concert or your grandma’s brunch for an adorable go-to ensemble. Get it at Swell.
