What I Wore Wednesday: Pastel floral pants

IMG_9101Today’s outfit is inspired by ladylike lunches and garden parties. I love all things lace, white and floral because they always remind me of Victorian romanticism, and this ensemble is no exception.

I bought these floral pants a couple of years ago from Free People, so now they’re at the stage of being super soft and flexible. Not only is the pattern so pretty, but these pants are also really versatile for almost any occasion from running errands to long work days to afternoon tea.

This peasant blouse is also from Free People. I love how billowy and loose it is — it’s so easy to throw on with anything from jorts to a dramatic maxi skirt.

I broke up the whites and pastels with some earthy details like my fairy quartz necklace and my gladiator sandals. I love mixing neutral Browns with more feminine hues like light green and pink — it makes for such a two-dimensional look.

This outfit is lovely for late summer and early spring because it’s cool yet also covered up. I feel super feminine and almost fancy in it!

What do you guys think of this look? Let me know in the comments!
