The Toronto Christmas Market 2015

IMG_3075Christmas has never been in the air more than at the Toronto Christmas Market. Cobblestone roads, lights everywhere and the most charming little wooden stalls selling things like fudge and Russian dolls made the whole Distillery District feel like an adorable village in the North Pole. Well, Northern Europe at least!

We loved just walking around and observing all the action around us, taking in all the sights and sounds of Christmas. Mill Street Brewery proved to be the perfect place for lunch: I ordered a Moroccan vegetable soup and pakoras, it was delicious!

In an attempt to look Christmas-y and blend in with the festivities, I wore this lovely Free People Dress with a black fur coat. I love the shape of this dress, and its fabric is super soft.

Another thing I adored about the decor was the signage everywhere. The lights spelling out words like “joy” and “peace” were such a fun touch, and I loved the banner that read “warm thoughts people.”

Have you ever been to the Christmas Market? If not, you should make a trip there before the year’s over!
